The existing guttering and facias eaves and timber work, including downpipes require replacement due to the age and failure of systems drainage and waterflow. Therefore, gutters are leaking and inadequate.

The project planning and coordination of utilising Contract Facilities Management was the advantage of multiple trades packaged together to ensure project was kept at an accurate timeframe, trades that had been incorporated within the scope included, Plumbing, Carpentry & Roofers. The scaffold was included to assist all the trades to complete the project safely.
