Our niche delivery is working in the health industry. Our target is to guide and assist Doctors/Practitioners, Vets, Medical centres, Dentists, Retirement facilities and Consulting on compliance standards with the hard assets they own. Providing advice and recommendations on energy management, planned and preventative maintenance schedules.

We provide statutory requirements for building and property compliance, planned maintenance contracts and schedule planning.
Our external resources consist of experienced contractors for specialist work such as:
- HVACR (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
- Hydraulics
- Fire & Security systems
- Soft services
- General Maintenance
We provide these services internally and externally, on-site attendance, with strict quality controls in place consisting of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Method of Works Plans (MOWP) providing the client with clarity on completing tasks with minimal disruption.
All areas are covered with contractor licenses and appropriate qualifications suited to the specialist works involved.
